Guest House Management

 

Delivering a unique concept in the hospitality industry, we provide a service whereby we manage guest houses for the owners on days off needed, holidays or in case of emergency.  We confidently manage your premises in precisely the way you would, ensuring continued top ratings and guest satisfaction.  With 25 years in all areas of hospitality, being up to date with all trends, we are able to create unique guests experiences for your specific venue.

 

The following services are available:

 

Relief Management or Emergency Relief

 

We visit your premises and are trained by you on how you run your establishment.  We will then confidently replicate/duplicate this service to your guests, ensuring that you do not have to cancel bookings or lose revenue.

 

Breakfast Relief

 

In the event of staff illness or for whatever reason, we can do any breakfast shifts ensuring top quality and complete guest satisfaction.

 

Training

 

We provide training for your staff in respect of Art of the Table, cooking and health, and hygiene.

 

Menu Development

 

We can develop and create unique menu offerings/ideas? for your specific venue, providing the training and ensuring the implementation of a great offering for your guests.

 

HACCP

 

Hygiene is of utmost importance in any hospitality institution.  We can implement an in-house health and safety programme that is easily manageable providing all training and documentation required.

 

 

Guest House Meal Service

 

We perform the function of providing a meal service for guest houses from our production kitchen.  These meals are geared to give your guests a great option of in-house dining  whereby they can order seasonal creations to sit and enjoy at your lovely premises without having to bother with going out.  This in turn keeps all revenue generated with you and provides another quality guest experience.

Our menu items are all made fresh in our production kitchen using the best quality produce and are locally sourced to the best of our ability. The platters may vary according to seasonality and availability of ingredients. We strive to cater for all dietary requirements. Please place your order and any special request with your delivery time by 18h00 on the day. Any arrangements for late arrivals can be confirmed with your hosts and will incur an extra charge. Platters are available until 21h30.
