We are using MyEventRunner - a module of ClubRunner - as our Booking System.

If you have a ClubRunner Account, you can login using your Username & Password and this will automatically fill in your details including Club Name, Email Address etc.

​

If you do not have a ClubRunner Account, you are still able to register but will have to complete all the data fields manually.

​

As it is an American system, where it says "Pay by Check" it really means "Pay by EFT" but they were unable to change the description for us - Apologies for the confusion.

​

After you have registered you will receive an email within 5 minutes with your booking reference.

​

You then need to do an Internet Banking transfer to pay Rotary Luderitz, the Bank Account Details are also on the confirmation email.

PLEASE remember to put your BOOKING REFERENCE and YOUR NAME as the Internet Banking Payment Reference.

We have been advised that if you are paying via EFT from STANDARD BANK S.Africa, that they have now fixed their system and you need to select  "Nedbank Namibia". If you do not see "Nedbank Namibia" please select COMMERCIAL BANK IN NAMIBIA - Nedbank took over the Commercial Bank of Namibia in 2004.
